PLEASE DO NOT drive with a
cell phone up to your ear!
This is my license plate, less
then a week old.  Driver talking
on his cell phone, trying to cut
into traffic.  A hands free device
is so cheap, especially when
compared to the damage caused
by distracted drivers with one
hand always at the side of their
face.  
Thank God, nobody was injured!
It is too cold to be naked, but
this bumper was peeled right
off and is lying on the side of
the road.  

Yep, that looks like Styrofoam
to me also.
The other driver will also
have a bit of repairs...
